Tiramisu is the Italians’ favourite dessert: it’s made with mascarpone, savoiardi dipped in coffee, cocoa powder and a lot of love. Our Tiramisu flavour wants to replicate all of this into gelato form: the taste is light and coffee-infused, and the cocoa sprinkled on top adds just a little bitterness that should never be missing!
